| Can8 Is Finally Here |

Shekon/Greetings The long anticiapted Can8 language program had been finally completed and is available to Akwesasane Freedom School students, parents and staff. Can8 has been an ongoing program which has been implemented and used with the teaching of the Mohawk language as well as other languages. It was presented to the Freedom School by the Akwesasne Economic Development Agency to help assist in the preservation of the Mohawk Language. A donation of a Dell Server, the Can8 software, and updates were made possible from AEDA last year.
For parents: If you are currently involved with the freedom school, or you have children that attend the Freedom School, you are eligle for a free Can8 account which can be installed and used right from home on your persoanl computer.

To use the software, users must have a unique username and password for verification purposes. All progress is tracked and recorded for education and quality purposes.
